100 mg methionine
50 mg cysteine
50 mg calcium pantothenate
50 mg golden millet extract
50 mg wheat germ extract
50 mg medicinal yeast
20 mg p-aminobenzoic acid
10 mg pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6)
2 mg iron
2 mg zinc
1.5 mg thiamine chlorhydrate
0.5 mg copper

Other formulation ingredients (excipients): microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, gelatin, food color additives E104 and E132

As a dietary supplement, adults may take one (1) capsule three times a day with a little liquid, just before or during a meal. (see also Length of use)

Revalid is a special preparation containing amino acids, vitamins, microelements, and other nutrients designed to nourish hair and stimulate their growth. By definition, it can be also used to strengthen nails. Revalid® is recommended for hair loss of various origin, deterioration of hair shaft structure (split ends; brittle, dull, or lifeless hair, etc.), and for healthy-look nails.

Although favorable results are often noticed as soon as the end of the first month of the treatment, Revalid® therapy should normally last three months, and may be lengthened or repeated if necessary. Depending on the acuteness of the case, the treatment should start with the intensive dosage of two (2) capsules three times a day. Return to the normal dosage of one (1) capsule, three times a day, after one month.

For adults, over 18 years ONLY. Keep out of reach of children. DO NOT use this supplement if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, or undergo a treatment with sulfonamide-like antibiotic (the effect of the antibiotic could be decreased). In principle, Revalid® can be taken during pregnancy and breast-feeding. However, you should preferably seek medical advice before beginning a treatment with Revalid® during pregnancy.
Some mild digestive discomfort may be felt at times with a larger than normal dosage (e.g., 6 capsules a day). If so, return to the usual dosage of one capsule three times a day.
