Dry Chasteberry (Agni casti fructus) standardized extract 45 mg

Iridoid glycosides 0.3 mg

Excipients (inactive ingredients of standard tablet forming materials, such as: potato starch, lactose, polyvidon, magnesium stearate) 155 mg

 

Directions:

Healthy females under 130 lb. may take one (1) and those over 130 lb. two (2) tablets by mouth, in the morning, with a glass of fluid (water, juice, milk, etc.) for 90 days.

What exactly is CASTAGNUS®?

CASTAGNUS® herbal dietary supplements are a new breakthrough for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It eases painful swelling of the breasts (cyclic mastalgia), certain mestrual problems, and facial acne.

How does it work?

PMS and certain menstrual cycle disturbances are attributed to hyperprolactinemia, i.e., a condition of elevated serum prolactin. CASTAGNUS® tablets stimulate dopaminergetic receptors and lower prolactin (secreted from the pituitary gland) levels.

Warning

Keep out of reach of children. Keep in dry place. Do not expose to light. Regular use only on advice of a health professional. The potency of the supplement may increase when taken concurrently with a birth control pill. Marginal number of subjects (6%) in the clinical study had nausea in the first week of use. Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or breast feeding.
